Since its inception in 2009 by poker star Antanas Guoga, known as Tony G, TonyBet has gone from strength to strength, as reflected in Tonybet review. In our review, we’ve checked out welcome offers, promotions, customer service and much more.
Here are the sections we look at more closely in the review:

You do not need a TonyBet bonus code to obtain the bonus. We have further details of welcome offers coming up in our TonyBet review.
Welcome Bonuses – 4/5
The first port of call in our TonyBet review was to check out the welcome bonuses. There is a TonyBet bonus for those joining to enjoy the online casino and a separate one for those interested in sports betting.
Casino Welcome Offer
The online casino welcome bonus is a good one. Our review discovered some great benefits, including a ton of free spins and a healthy matched deposit bonus. Here are the key details:
- 100% bonus up to 200 NZD on your first deposit for casino games.
- 200 NZD is the maximum bonus offered on first deposit.
- First free spins are added as a set of 30 per day for 4 days – 120 free spins in total.
- First 30 free spins are added immediately after successful activation of the bonus.
- Next 30 free spins are added with 24 hours (and so on for 3 days).
- Winnings obtained with the help of free spins have a 40x wagering requirement.
This is a solid deposit bonus. The wagering requirement is normal, while the 100% match and 120 free spins are generous. Spins will be given for the exciting Cowboys Gold slot.
Our TonyBet casino review discovered a good range of games to bet on, as you’ll see below, while no TonyBet bonus code is needed either. Simply sign-up, make a qualifying deposit and bet, then up to 200 NZD and 120 free spins are yours!
Sports Welcome Offer
Sports betting deposit bonuses are usually not very valuable. It was a pleasant surprise then that we discovered in our TonyBet review that theirs is a good one! Here’s how it shapes up:
- 100% sports betting bonus up to 150 NZD.
- A qualifying deposit of at least 15 NZD is required.
- Bet at least once with a total stake of five (5) times your initial deposit on sports betting markets.
- Qualifying bet odds must be at 1.5 minimum on single bets, or multi bets with cumulative odds of 1.7 and higher.
Of course, more T&C’s apply. The only drawback we found in our review was that to get the full bonus, you’d need to bet a lot of money. If you’re going for the full 150 dollars, you need to deposit this much and then bet 5 times the amount to qualify, in this case, 750 NZD in total.
A 100% match, however, is always a good deal. Strong customer support is available if you need to discuss the bonus in detail, and our TonyBet review found tons of good sports betting options for you to use your bonus money on.
Promotions – 3/5
Our review found that there were limited sports betting promotions, but a few more for the online casino.
As well as the initial new player bonus, the bookmaker also offers a bonus on the second deposit. This involves a further 50% match up to 150 NZDand 50 free spins for Take Olympus.
A Friday Reload bonus is also offered. In our TonyBet casino review, we noticed you can take the same level of bonus as you do with the second deposit deal, this time by topping up your account on a Friday. The deal offers 50% up to 150NZD and 50 free spins for Big Bass Bonanza.
The platform offers a bonus for sports betting too. Those who deposit at least 35 NZD in 5 days can place bets on the outcome of upcoming sports. They can then win up to 1,700 NZD in free bets.
This wasn’t the best discovery in our TonyBet review in all honesty. Getting the amounts offered can be a little on the expensive side. Their excellent customer support team reviews everything quickly, so always make contact if you have any worries about promotions.
Range of Games – 2/5
When we completed our TonyBet review, we discovered there was plenty to bet on but that there could be more. We hope the brand decides to regularly review what to offer.
Sports betting is a focus, with TonyBet betting on soccer, tennis, basketball, table tennis, ice hockey, volleyball, baseball, American football, handball, bandy, bowls, boxing, cricket, MMA, rugby, snooker and a few others.
Live betting is supported on a number of the markets in the TonyBet sports library. Up to the second odds are offered on a strong range of sports. But while you can bet live, there is no live streaming offered here. Live streaming is becoming a must for sports betting customers, so we hope they will introduce this soon.
The biggest markets are soccer and tennis, with golf well represented too. Live betting is a plus, though we’d like to see a deeper offering in the future with horse racing to be included.
We found just a reasonable number of games on offer in our TonyBet casino review. Popular slots include Big Bass Bonanza and Cowboys Gold, both of which offer free spins with initial offers.
There is a lack of table games too, so this is only a go-to casino if you’re into slots and colourful games. They are mostly provided by NetEnt though, one of the top developers, so the quality is great.
License and Security – 4/5
Our TonyBet review discovered that the brand is fully licensed and regulated. They provide great customer support, employ full SSL encryption and always keep your details safe.
Our review also uncovered the fact that TonyBet is audited by IBAS. This is the Independent Betting Arbitration Service. This means that along with general customer support offered by the brand, IBAS makes sure there are no ongoing disputes.
TonyBet is also independently checked by eCOGRA. This makes sure they continue to offer a reliable and safe gambling service to customers.
Mobile – 3/5
The TonyBet mobile experience will be limited to the mobile version of the main site. That said, it has a good interface and works well. The mobile site is responsive and easy to use but just lacks a few features.
You can access sports betting, customer support and casino games on the mobile page. The mini-site works the same way as the main page and can be accessed via the browser on any modern smart device, whether iOS or Android-powered.
Payment Methods – 3/5
During our TonyBet review we noticed 10 main payment methods. You can deposit and bet using Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or the Discover card.
Payment methods also include eWallets such as Skrill, Neteller and PayPal, Jeton, Interac, EcoPayz and Perfect Money.
The range of payment methods is fine, while withdrawal times are also good. Debit card withdrawals are often dealt with in only an hour. eWallets are instant and anything else takes only around 2 days on average.
Customer Service – 4/5
A major plus in our TonyBet review was the strong customer support. The review focused on how quickly the team reacts and the options available for players to get in touch.
You can contact customer support via an online form. Replies typically take a day or so. For complaints, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org is probably best, again the team replying within 24 hours.
The best way to receive customer support however is by live chat. The live chat team can then react instantly, solving any problems there and then. During our TonyBet review, we found the customer support team to be knowledgeable and friendly, with all queries answered in good time.
TonyBet Review: Our Final Verdict – 3.2/5
Our TonyBet review brought up several good and some bad points as always.
What TonyBet offers is a reasonable range of sports to bet on, though the specific TonyBet casino review showed a lack of table games.
The welcome bonuses are strong. To get either the 100% sports betting bonus up to 150 NZD, or the 100% bonus up to 200 NZD on your first deposit for casino games, simply hit ‘sign up’ on the site, choose your preferred offer and go from there.
